Bulgaria's admission to Schengen does not change what was agreed in Dublin for migrants

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov has stated that with the upcoming acceptance of Bulgaria into the Schengen area by air and water, nothing will change in the conditions under the Dublin Regulation. 

Bulgaria still fulfills the agreements on the return of illegal migrants. 
During the parliamentary control, Denkov pointed out that nothing has changed either in terms of applications for the admission of foreigners, or in terms of the places in our country for sheltering refugees, because the mechanism has not changed.
