New online platform for lost and found pets launched

The website allows filtering by breed, city and neighbourhood

At the end of January, an online platform was launched to help owners who have lost their pets. The website covers all the regional towns in the country, with the idea of becoming a place to publish all the advertisements of lost or found pets that currently appear mainly on social networks. The platform allows filtering by breed, city and neighbourhood.

For the time being, the project is funded entirely from personal resources, as there are no commercial aims. Funds for its maintenance and for helping animals in need will be raised through a foundation, explains Martin Smilkov - one of its creators. The website my-petpal.com is currently only available in Bulgarian.
