The police in Plovdiv no longer have place to store cars confiscated from drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, BNT reported. For the past 6 months alone, the Plovdiv police have confiscated nearly 130 cars. For many of them, there is a final decision of the court for confiscation in favor of the state. However, some of the vehicles are jointly owned, which complicates the procedure. The auctions for the others are announced by the NRA slowly and there are no buyers at them, as the seized cars are mostly manufactured before 2010.
