Nikolay Denkov to participate at the European Council meeting in Brussels

On March 21 and 22, outgoing Premier Nikolay Denkov will participate in the formal meeting of the European Council in Brussels, the government press office said. Over the course of a two-day summit, EU leaders will discuss continued support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s war of aggression, security and defence, the unfolding situation in the Middle East, enlargement, external relations, migration and agriculture.

At yesterday's meeting, the government decided that Bulgaria will send a strong message of support to Ukraine at the Brussels summit. Nikolay Denkov will also participate in the Nuclear Energy Summit, which is to be held today.
