PP-DB to return the second cabinet-forming mandate unfulfilled

''We will return the government-forming mandate unfulfilled'', We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria Co-chairman Kiril Petkov said for bTV. ''Outgoing Premier Nikolay Denkov will take the exploratory mandate. Our last attempt to keep our agreement and show that we will not throw the country into chaos was rejected by GERB. From this point of view, we will return the folder empty’’, Kiril Petkov said.

"We will go to the President, but we will return the folder empty because we do not have support for forming a government", Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria leader Atanas Atanasov said for BNT.

According to the majority of Bulgarians, new elections will not change the situation, indicates a Gallup survey conducted for BNT. According to 61% of respondents, nothing will change if new elections are held. 21% of the polled believe that early elections will only deepen the political crisis. Only 15% of respondents expect the elections to solve the crisis.
