The co-chairman of the MRF Delyan Peevski has called on the Bulgarian authorities and the Bulgarian embassy in Germany to immediately activate the Solingen case, the MRF party press center reported. From there, they recalled that ten days ago the members of a Bulgarian family of Turkish origin with two children lost their lives in an arson attack, which the local law enforcement authorities confirmed was a hate crime.

"The indifference of the Bulgarian state to the tragedy and the encroachment on the lives of Bulgarian citizens is unacceptable," the message also states. It is also clear from it that local media have signaled that there is a real risk that the traces of the crime will be covered up and that the culprits will remain unrevealed and unpunished.
