''I am ready for a dialogue with the president at any time, as I have done so far'', said caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev regarding the proposed changes in the composition of the caretaker cabinet. ''The responsibility for the ministers I propose is entirely mine. If there are other views on the issue, whoever thwarts the proposed ministers will take responsibility. As you can see, everyone is trying to shirk responsibility. I took responsibility by assuming this post'', Dimitar Glavchev told journalists in Brussels, where he is attending the two-day European Council summit.

He declined to comment on President Rumen Radev's insistence that there should not be a deputy party leader in the proposed cabinet lineup.

‘’I will invite caretaker Premier Dimitar Glavchev to a meeting on Friday to discuss his proposal’’, President Radev said on Wednesday. The head of state did not clarify whether he would sign the decrees to replace the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Agriculture.
