Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev refuses to apply the texts of the Constitution that define the role of the head of state as a mediator and balancer, the co-chairman of the PP-DB Hristo Ivanov told BNR on the occasion of the case with the possible change of ministers in the caretaker cabinet.
