The town of Vidin (Northwestern Bulgaria) hosts the Summer Vibes Festival for the fifth consecutive year. On June 1 and 2, near the Baba Vida Fortress, children will discover a healthier and no less interesting way to have fun outdoors in the real world, not in the digital realm. There will also be free concerts featuring popular singers such as Dara and ScandaU, as well as live performances with DJ Theo.
Various thematic activities will draw attention to World Children's Day and the Day of Botev, both of which coincide with the festival. The festival begins on June 1 with an athletics marathon, a streetball tournament and a chess tournament. The festive programme continues with the games of the Summer Vibes Festival and "Children's Athletics" by the sports club "Radukanovi".
On June 2, there will be an exhibition of antique weapons, a historical quiz and patriotic games to honor poet and revolutionary Hristo Botev and those who died for Bulgaria's freedom. There will also be a raffle with over 100 prizes.
