The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, failed to attend a meeting with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev in Podgorica, the Montenegrin edition of "Vesti" reported, citing BGNES.

"It was agreed with the Bulgarian embassy that the meeting would take place at 17:00 in the government building, as Prime Minister Miloiko Spaic was keen to meet President Radev despite a busy agenda. The Prime Minister's earlier meeting with the major tourism company TUI lasted 3 minutes longer than planned and the delegation of Bulgarian President Rumen Radev left the government building after 4 minutes of waiting," the Montenegrin government told the media.

The failed meeting was commented on by many local and Serbian media as "diplomatic scandal".
