The Armenian community in Burgas will present its traditional dishes at 10:30 am on June 25 in the Ethno-kitchen of the Ethnographic Museum at 69 Slavyanska Street. The event is part of the project "Old Burgas through the Eyes of Dr. Melkonyan". The Church Board of the Armenian Apostolic Church "Surp Khach" is a partner of the museum.

Using old family recipes, guests Aznif and Margaret will prepare two types of Armenian meatballs - parsley and lentil. Traditional Armenian semolina halva will also be presented. The museum stays true to its original idea to prepare traditional but simple dishes from popular and affordable products in the Ethno-kitchen, so that the taste of real food is not forgotten.
