"We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" (PP-DB) coalition has published its "declaration for getting out of the political crisis in Bulgaria". The coalition has requested support for the declaration from 160 MPs in parliament so they could accept a second mandate to form a government.

According to the document, "the path to solving the country's deep political crisis passes through the completion of key stages of anti-corruption and justice reform."

They demand the election of members to the Anti-Corruption Commission; the adoption of a new Judiciary Act; changes to the Whistleblower Protection Act; legal changes to curb the misuse of special intelligence; the adoption of a Personal Bankruptcy Act; the election of a new Ombudsman and reform of the security services.
