After hard days of fighting the fires, the situation in the country is under control. There is no danger of the fire on Greek territory near the Bulgarian-Greek border spreading, it was reported

People whose houses have been damaged by the fires are provided with temporary housing meeting all the requirements, acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said. According to him, a program for their accommodation in hotels is to be considered. "We are preparing an accommodation program as there were comparisons made between Ukrainian refugees accommodated in hotels and the victims of the disaster - in caravans," Glavchev said. "There will be an opportunity for the victims to live under the conditions in which the Ukrainian refugees live, if this is a measure of well-being," said Glavchev and explained that he was saying this with sarcasm, as the Ukrainian refugees are in Bulgaria because of the war.
