Farmers are donating 19 trucks of their produce for the farmers from Southern Bulgaria affected by the wildfires. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Southwestern State Enterprise are helping the national association United Farmers transport the farm products. The first seven trucks full of straw, alfalfa and hay, as well as 25 tons of wheat are on their way to the municipality of Svilengrad. The remaining 12 trucks of donated production will be transported in the days to come. The assistance for the stockbreeders affected by the fires is provided by farmers from Pernik, Dragoman and Sapareva Banya, with the mayor of Breznik municipality Vassil Uzunov assisting in the collection of fodder, the Ministry of Agriculture has announced.
