There is a high probability that this would be the last regular meeting of the Council of Ministers, caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said at the beginning of the meeting. He wished to report on the activities of the caretaker government.
"The main task of any caretaker government is to organize fair and transparent elections. No one objected to the fact that we organized them just like that," the prime minister said. Glavchev pointed out that for the first time the honesty of electronic voting was publicly guaranteed. According to him, the second task he has set for himself is the preservation of Bulgaria's European path, the entry into the Eurozone, as well as Schengen by land.
"All of our colleagues are ready to work until the last day of this government and the decision whether to continue working rests with President Rumen Radev,” Glavchev added.
