Euro 2024: Bulgarian volleyball players beat the strong team of the Netherlands

The Bulgarian national team won an emphatic victory over the Netherlands at the European Under-20 Women's Volleyball Championships, achieving a score of 3:0. Bulgaria, together with Ireland, is hosting the championship.

The victory over one of the best-performing teams in the championship is the third for our athletes and it puts them in the provisional fourth place in the first group with an asset of 9 points (three victories and two defeats). The Bulgarians have chances to qualify for the semi-finals of the European Championships.

In their next match, the Bulgarian team will face Croatia, who together with Turkey is the group leader.
