The exhibition "Woman of many faces" with black and white photographs will be opened today on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the great Bulgarian actress Tatyana Lolova. The photographs will be exhibited in the city garden in front of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre.
"Tatyana loved to act. I am trying to follow in the footsteps of her life. I use the form of a game of photos in the exhibition, which try to paint the portrait of a woman with many faces, an actress who was able to move with ease from the tragic to the funny," the curator of the exhibition, Georgi Toshev, told BTA.

Tatyana Lolova, who passed away at the age of 87 on March 22, 2021, was born on February 10, 1934 in Sofia. Her mother was of Russian-Ukrainian origin and her father - Bulgarian.

An actress with a wide range of roles from comedy to the grotesque and the satirical, she became a favourite actress of several generations, winning numerous awards.
