"What the president is right about is that everybody has to position themselves." Thus, the leader of GERB Boyko Borisov responded to the expectations of President Rumen Radev that the parties position themselves and take adequate actions on a fundamental problem for our future. "Heavily compromised figures with a ravenous appetite to dispose of state resources and the fate of Bulgarians are infiltrating the National Assembly," the Bulgarian head of state said yesterday.

In Plovdiv, where he inspected the renovated Maritsa stadium, Boyko Borissov announced that he has positioned himself as the first political force, stressing that this is his battle.

"From the rostrum of the parliament, I refused the support of the MRF, I have positioned myself and the MRF have never supported me for anything, neither for presidential nor parliamentary elections, nor in the parliament. But I do not deny that during the assembly with them we made the most difficult decisions, when everyone was hiding - about the aid to Ukraine, the changes in the Constitution, the new budget, in the energy sector", he added.

Boyko Borisov also said that anyone who wants to position himself around the first is welcome. According to him, the creation of a government should be "positioned" from now on.
