Bulgaria and the UK to build on their strategic partnership

Bulgaria’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Elena Shekerletova and the newly-appointed British Ambassador to Bulgaria, Nathaniel Copsey, praised the state of bilateral relations between Bulgaria and the United Kingdom. They committed to deepening and building on the strategic partnership in all areas of mutual interest, including within multilateral formats, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced. 

The meeting took place during the presentation of copies of the credentials of the newly appointed ambassador at the Foreign Ministry's building. Special attention was paid to the role of the large Bulgarian community in the United Kingdom, as well as to educational, scientific and technological exchanges, reported BTA.
