Bulgaria sees biggest growth in housing prices in Ruse, Plovdiv and Sofia

Housing prices in Bulgaria continue to rise. In the second quarter of 2024, they increased by 3.4% compared to the previous quarter. The largest price growth was registered in the town of Ruse (+13.2%), followed by the cities of Plovdiv (+5.3%), Sofia (+2.9%) and Burgas (+2.9%). 
A decrease was registered in the city of Stara Zagora (-0.2%), according to NSI data.

In the second quarter of 2024, housing prices in the country increased by 15.1% compared to the second quarter of 2023.
