The Bulgarian Weightlifting Federation has filed documents for bankruptcy due to its heavy debts.
Weightlifters Karlos Nasar and Bozhidar Andreev, who won a gold and a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics, have been without funding since the beginning of the year. "I will do everything possible to preserve the weightlifting federation," said Karlos Nasar in an interview with BGNES.
