Homeless dogs and cats are looking for adopters at exhibition in Ruse

An exhibition of stray cats and dogs in the Ruse Ecomuseum with an aquarium lends a hand to adopters to find their pet. All four-legged animals were rescued and cured by the German-Bulgarian Aid for Animals association, said its president, Dr. Katerina Markova.

From October 11 to 13, museum visitors will be able to meet some of the cats that are models in the charity calendar of the association for next year with an emphasis on the increased number of homeless animals.

"If any of the visitors fall in love with a kitten or a dog, they will be able to fill out a survey for a prospective adopter and will receive valuable information about the entire adoption process. All animals are castrated, dewormed, vaccinated and healthy," explained Dr. Katerina Markova.

During the exhibition, a charity bazaar will be held under the motto "Home is where your pet is waiting for you!".
