Rental rates for commercial spaces in Sofia reach up to 56 euros/sq.m a month, house prices reach up to 500,000 euros

Rent prices in Sofia in the third quarter of 2024 remain stable in the commercial space segment. The price is 11 euros/sq.m/month at retail parks, 43 euros/sq.m/month at shopping centers and 56 euros/sq.m/month on the main shopping street in Sofia - Vitosha Blvd. This is shown by data from the report of real estate company "Colliers", quoted by BTA. Rent for industrial and logistics areas in Sofia varies between 4 and 5.5 euros/sq.m./month.

In the capital's housing market, average sales prices for a two-bedroom flat and a parking space including VAT vary between €190,000 and €240,000, while prices for houses reach €500,000.
