No Bulgarian citizens have been reported injured after the floods in Spain's Valencia region

According to the Bulgarian Consulate General in Valencia, no Bulgarian citizens have been reported dead or injured, the press office of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told the BNR. There have been no reports of Bulgarian citizens in distress. The Bulgarian Consulate General in Valencia is in constant contact with the Spanish authorities and the Civil Protection Directorate.

Flights to and from Valencia have been suspended due to flooding in the Spanish region. Some areas saw more than 300 liters of rain per square meter. 52 people have been confirmed dead as a result of the flood waters.
