The General Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency is reviewing the documentation of a construction site where a 36-year-old man died and two others were injured due to a scaffold collapse, BTA reported. The incident was reported on November 17 at 5:31 PM. Four ambulances, as well as teams from the fire department and the Center for Emergency Medical Care were immediately dispatched to the site.
One of the injured, a 27-year-old man, only sustained bruises and was admitted to the University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment ‘’Traritsa Yoanna’’. The other man is in very serious condition with multiple injuries, including chest and abdominal trauma and respiratory failure. He was admitted to the Emergency Hospital ‘’Pirogov’’. The other two individuals, aged 38 and 59, were examined and found to have no physical injuries. All of them are from Kyustendil.
