Bulgarian pop artist Anabel has released her debut single, behind which stand years of preparation, hard work and perseverance.

This is the artistic alias for Ana Sotirova and she been involved in music since she was 4 years old. Her musical path began at Voice Academy (pronounced Войс АкАдеми) – a private school for comprehensive training of young talents – and continued there, where she worked with professionals first as her teachers, and now as her colleagues, because she herself now teaches there.

The summer school at the music school is the reason for the appearance of her song "A Dose of Reality" – Anabel participated in it and wrote the lyrics, and created the music in co-authorship with the singer and teacher Petya Dankova. Vasil Vutev heard the song and liked it so much that he offered to make the arrangement.

In the song "A Dose of Reality" we find genres such as Neo-soul, Rnb, Pop, etc. As for the choice of "A Dose of Reality" as her first single – Anabel admits that the song is very personal for her. About the inspiration and the idea she says:

"It talks about my personal experiences in how it is very easy to get lost in an unreal world, which maybe in some way saves you from everything that is happening around you. This world can be wonderful, but as we know – sometimes we need a dose of reality."

The single A Dose of Reality is Anabel's first realized song, but she has been creating music since she was 14, so she has more musical ideas and is already looking forward to her next projects.
