President and Speaker of the Parliament express condolences at the North Macedonian Embassy

We are waiting for North Macedonia to decide whether there is a need to transport 10 more of the Kočani fire victims to Bulgaria. This was what President Rumen Radev said after signing the book of condolences at the Embassy of North Macedonia in Sofia.

The "Spartan" airplane and the medical teams are ready. We will offer to provide assistance. An important thing in my opinion is that this tragedy shows that people on both sides of the border can and must rely on each other. But not only in days of hardship, but in the name of our common European future, Radev added.

The Speaker of the Parliament Natalia Kiselova also visited the embassy and offered condolences in the book of condolences.

"With sorrow, I bow my head to the dozens of lost youthful dreams and shattered hopes! I express my most sincere condolences to the families of the deceased. I share the grief of the citizens of North Macedonia from the heavy loss! Bulgaria mourns with you!," she wrote.
