Atanas Skatov - 13th Bulgarian, who conquers Everest

Atanas Skatov has become the 13th Bulgarian to conquer the highest mountain peak on this planet – Everest /8,848 m/. The physician from the town of Sliven is the first one, who has reached the spot with no oxygen and no food of animal origin. Skatov stepped on Everest at 6 am local time and managed to be the first for season 2014 to climb it, after leaving at midnight tent camp No 3, situated at an altitude of 8,300 m.
