In the framework of the Brussels meeting of foreign ministers of NATO members, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin had talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin. Minister Klimkin informed his counterpart about the situation in Ukraine and pointed out that planned changes to the constitution will provide more power to the various regions and communities in Ukraine, including to ethnic Bulgarians. Minister Vigenin expressed Bulgaria's support for the implementation of the peace plan of President Petro Poroshenko and for the stabilization of Ukraine. The ministers discussed also the current issues in the field of energy security.
