Every stage performance of his was a real celebration of music, with halls always full of his many admirers. Thanks to him many contemporary Bulgarian works have had their premieres. Impressive is also his pedagogical activity that began back in 1962. Teaching at the National Academy of Music in Sofia and the Musashino Music Academy in Tokyo, Georgi Badev was truly committed to working with the talented young violinists.
