The ministers shared concerns about security in the Black Sea region and gave a high assessment to the efforts related to creating Multinational Division Southeast Headquarters as part of the measures set in the Action Plan for increasing the readiness of the Alliance. The new initiative for establishing a NATO multinational brigade in Romania was also discussed.
