Latest events in Turkey to boost number of tourists in Bulgaria: Georgi Nikolchev

The latest events in Turkey will have positive effect over the number of tourists in Bulgaria, the Chairperson of the Association of Owners in Tourism Georgi Nikolchev told Focus news agency. In his words, events such as the latest coup attempt in Bulgaria’s southern neighbor influence the tourist market almost immediately. Georgi Nikolchev added that most Bulgarian citizens who were initially planning to go on a holiday to Turkey, are likely to spend their vacation in Bulgaria.
