Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova has returned from Moscow where she took part in a meeting of the joint working group set up in connection with the ruling of the Court of Arbitration on the aborted Belene NPP.
“I hope that things will have been cleared up by the end of the month and we want the payment to have taken place by the end of the year,” Minister Petkova said.
