The 40th consecutive global End of Year survey, which examines expectations, views and beliefs of nearly 67 thousand people from 66 countries, has found out that 68% of people in the world feel happy, while 42% are optimistic about economic prospects.
In Bulgaria 43% of polled people say they are happy, while 10 percent feel miserable. 45% remain in the middle of the chart, while the rest say it was difficult to answer. Waiting for the start of 2017, 21% of Bulgarians feel optimistic, 26% are pessimists, 40% express neutral opinion and 13% find it difficult to answer. 12% expect 2017 to be a year of economic growth, while 33% say there would be economic difficulties.
