Bulgarian employers can hire seasonal workers from non-EU countries in tourism and agriculture

The Bulgarian employers will have the opportunity to employ seasonal workers from non-EU countries for a period of up to 90 days. Following consultations at the National Council on Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Bulgaria’s outgoing Minister of Labor and Social Policies Zornitsa Rusinova approved a list of economic sectors that include seasonal jobs and activities such as agriculture, forestry and fishery, hotel and restaurant business.
