Code yellow over low temperatures was declared in almost all Bulgarian districts on Sunday. The maximum temperatures in most districts will remain below zero, the National Institute on Meteorology and Hydrology with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences informs. The minimum temperatures will range from minus 15 to minus 10. The maximum temperatures will be at minus 4 to 1 degree Celsius.
