Bulgaria should join the Eurozone when it fulfills all necessary criteria, Richard Lewis from the Institute for European Studies with one of Belgium’s biggest universities told the Bulgarian National Radio on Saturday. Richard Lewis contends that a possible collapse of the Eurozone would have detrimental effect on the countries’ economies and the politicians will not allow such negative scenario to happen. There are still many unsolved problems in the Eurozone and now is not the right time for Bulgaria to adopt the single currency, Fabian Amtenbrink from the European Research Center for Economic and Financial Governance told the BNR.
