NSI: Bulgaria’s trade with EU and non-EU countries increase significantly

Between January and March 2017 Bulgaria’s exports to the EU has increased with 12.2% as compared to the same period last year to the tune of EUR 4.059 billion, the National Statistical Institute informs. Meanwhile, imports from the European Union grew with 11.4% to EUR 4.399 billion. Bulgaria’s exports to non-EU countries increased with 22.1% to EUR 2.899 billion and imports saw a 38.5% increase during that period to EUR 3.524 billion, NSI further informs.
