Code red over extreme fire danger was declared in 12 Bulgarian districts (Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik and Blagoevgrad)) on Monday.
