Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Nankov declared in a TV interview that on October 3rd, at a joint sitting of the Bulgarian and Romanian governments the future project for a third bridge linking the two states over the Danube River would be discussed. The idea is a whole new facility to be built with budget funding from both parties, or based on a concession, if an investor is found, the minister explained.
