Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva has refuted fears of a possible worsening of relations with Moscow following a conclusion in the 2016 national security report that Russia is among the chief foreign-policy threats for Bulgaria. The quoted conclusion prompted controversial response in parliament earlier today.
