Bulgarian Radoslav Yankov's participation in the snowboard parallel slalom world cup event in Cortina d'Ampezzo on Saturday ended after he fell in the quarterfinals, racing against Edwin Coratti from Italy.

Yankov was showing good performance and was ahead of Coratti but meters before the end his snowboard caught the pole and he lost balance. At the end of the day Coratti lost the final against Roland Fischnaller, also from Italy.

Earlier today Bulgarian Teodora Pencheva could not manage to overcome the qualifications among the women and finished 51st.
