Bulgarian state may regain controlling stake in CEZ - Bulgaria

Bulgaria will demand at least controlling interest in CEZ Bulgaria if the Czech owner and Ginka Varbakova, owner of "Inerkom Bulgaria", who wants to buy the largest electricity distribution company in this country from its current owner, reached an agreement.

This was announced by Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov who spoke to journalists in the Council of Ministers in Sofia. Earlier this morning Prime Minister Boyko Borissov met with the owner of Interkom, Ginka Varbakova. Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev and Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov also participated in the meeting.
