A Bulgarian stewardess died in an incident that took place at the Entebe International Airport in Uganda's capital city of Kampala, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry has confirmed.
The woman fell yesterday from an open emergency exit on an Emirates airplane that was preparing to take passengers on a flight to Dubai, as the circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
The victim was taken to a local hospital but passed away because of her serious injuries.
