At a press conference before the summit of the European People's Party in Sofia, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said that risks for Europe from the inclusion of the Western Balkans were equal to zero.

The prime minister, who is also the leader of the ruling GERB party, thanked all EU parties as well as the six Western Balkan leaders who came to Sofia in connection with tomorrow's EU-Western Balkans summit.

According to Borissov, Europe would take a big risk if it did not integrate the Western Balkan countries into the EU because in that case the influence of the US, Russia, Saudi Arabia in this region will be greater than that of Europe.
