The city of Burgas at the Black Sea coast was declared the best Bulgarian city to live in 2017, Focus Agency has reported.
The award was presented by Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev during a special award ceremony part of the "Best City to Live in Bulgaria" campaign.
