This spring some 64 griffon vultures have hatched in the Eastern Rhodope Mountain, south Bulgaria, which is 13 birds more than last year. This is the result from the observation of the unique natural population of this bird specie in this country. The observation is carried out by the Bulgarian Association for Protection of Birds.
