Nearly 70% of the Bulgarian employers have difficulties finding suitable personnel

68% of the Bulgarian employers have difficulties finding suitable personnel, analysis of Manpower Group shows. This is a huge problem for the whole region, because 81% of the entrepreneurs in Romania, 66% of the employers in Turkey and 61% of the employers in Greece complain of shortage of personnel. Four Balkan countries are among the ten countries with biggest shortage of suitable personnel.
