This year subject of rotation are more than 20 ambassadorial positions in embassies and permanent representations of this country. With interest and anxiety, we monitor various suggestions and rumors that precede this rotation. Some argue that the machine for issuing official and diplomatic passports of persons unknown to the diplomatic service has overheated in the past month.
