Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev vetoed some of the amendments to the Criminal Code which allow for the delay by up to 48 hours of the notification of the family or the employer of the accused persons. President Radev voiced even a stronger concern over the provisions that envisage the possibility to delay by up to 24 hours the notification of parents of minors, the motifs of Bulgaria’s head of state Radev further read.
